This September we are seeking applicants for the NHSTA Liaison position. The NHSTA Liaison position is designed for novice and experienced NH teachers who are dedicated to the advancement of science education in NH K-12 schools. The position is a 1-year volunteer, non-voting position with an option to renew. 

NHSTA Liaison Expectations and Responsibilities include the following:

• Participate in NHSTA monthly board meetings (at least 6 meetings per calendar year)

• Inform board about current science education initiatives and professional development priorities in NH K-12 schools

• Share NHSTA events and conferences with their colleagues in district and school through appropriate channels

• Share suggestions regarding NHSTA’s newsletter content and website to support raising the visibility of NHSTA throughout NH schools

• Attend and provide support at annual NHSTA conferences and/or during other PD events
