Denise works as a middle school science teacher in Nashua, NH. She became a liaison to the NHSTA board in November, 2023. She enjoys scuba diving, traveling, the New England Patriots and Boston Red Sox, and hanging out on the back patio with her wife and many pets |
Liaisons to the NHSTA board of directors act as conduits between schools and professional associations, and the board, informing each other of the wants and needs for professional learning. Liaisons attend board meetings, but are non voting members of the board. They assist with conferences and professional learning events put on by NHSTA., but they do not have the responsibilities associated with being a full board member. The liaison position is crucial for helping NHSTA to meet the needs of NH's science educators at all grade levels.
